Our editorial staff has put together the first edition of the Mud and Blood: Recon Newsletter, introducing you to the origins of the game and exposing the currently available information on the actual gameplay, with plenty of screenshots.
Rounding up the newsletter is the usual collection of quotes and funny material gathered from the community. Well worth a read - although it won't save you from being brutalized when the game finally roars out of the dev lab.

In a few days, we will be removing most inactive users from our database. This is a necessary maintenance procedure, as most of our users were spam bots that registered before we had adequate anti-bot defenses in place, while a good part of the remainder registered only to gain access to the downloads.
Of the more than 50k registrations we've had, only about 1.4k have logged in within the last 6 months or have ever posted in the forum.
If you have an inactive account that you wish to keep, simply log into the website to keep it active. If your account happens to be removed, we'll just have to ask you to register again (you can use the same name that you had).
As always, if you need to get in touch with the staff and you are not able to do so in the forum, head over to our sister site unfairrandombrutality.com and leave us a shout in the shoutbox.

Good day folks. We are aware that mochi is closing down and compiling a version for this site to run :) Posted on: Saturday, March 29 '14 (1252 reads / 2 comments)
Not if you folks were aware of this little gem but here it is. MNB util designed by our community manager Bersimon.
From the author: This little script adds some marginally useful features to your MnB experience. It has protection from navigating away / closing the tab, buttons for quickly changing game size, and a pixel ruler (works only when playing on default size).
Head uphere to activate it while playingPosted on: Sunday, June 09 '13 (4189 reads / 1 comment)

Wake up private! Been a while since the Bloody Sunday comics were featured in the news, but they still have been posted by the Editor in Chief Lance for the past few weeks.
Nevertheless, we got another special one today - not from the user-suggested thread, so it's some new content. You can go see it here.
Be sure to check out The War Room for the latest updates on community happenings.

While everyone has been out enjoying their holidays, a certain group of people known as the newsroom editors have been working to put together one last newsletter packed with interesting features and good humor to seal 2012 for good.
Head over here to check out their work and please take a moment to share your impressions and show them your appreciation!
That is all for this year. Peace to you all -- over and out. Posted on: Thursday, December 27 '12 (1974 reads / 3 comments)
Boy oh boy! It's that time of year again when the lights come way down low and ghouls, ghosts, and goblins start roaming the halls! (and maybe if you're lucky you got some free candy) Of course, it's Halloween! The newsroom staff has been hard at work delivering another special edition newsletter for Halloween, which you may peruse here. In addition, some intelligence reports from our scouts are mentioning some new Nazi weapon - a zoologically omnipotent manslaying brain ingesting elder (ZOMBIE, for short) heading our way. You should keep your soldiers on their toes.Posted on: Sunday, November 04 '12 (1749 reads / 1 comment)
