Our contests had encountered quite a lack of submissions this month, and the first ever Special Edition Guide of the Month was won by default by the only competitor, Deathbringer23.
Our second contest, the Google SketchUp Barracks modeling contest saw a bit more submissions, but it is still at only 2 entries (which will win 1st and 2nd place by default). If you want to help the site out, submit your model today, since the contest ends in less than a week!

It's that time of the week again, commanders - yep, you guessed it, the Bloody Sunday! You can see today's Bloody Sunday here.
In other news, the Google SketchUp contest is about half over now, and still no full submissions (although I have heard some people having models done). It would be nice not to let someone win automatically, so start working on it! The thread can be found here. Submissions end officially January 28th, but can end earlier if need be.
The other main contest that is up now is the Special Edition Guide of the Month - Paradrop Challenge. Submit your paradrop challenge guide before Saturday, December 21, and be the winner of the first ever Special Edition GotM.

That's right, folks! It's officially 2012 across the world and time to release the Bloody Sunday (aren't you glad some things never change?). Click here to see the comic this week and keep reading for some more information.
As we all know, it is 2012, which will be hopefully the extension of a great year and bring many more memories as well as a some changes. Which changes could I be speaking of? Well, for starters, the Guide of the Month for this month (submissions will begin mid-January) is themed around the Paratroop Challenge, where users must find innovative ways to get to wave 100 behind enemy lines. Also, this month will bring a change to the monthly contest (although each month seems to bring its own change) such that judges can both submit and vote, with the exception of their own submission, since the voting has shifted from grading the favorite piece to grades given out of 100 points. Finally, this year should bring the long-awaited release of Mud and Blood 3 so keep your fingers crossed!

MNB 2.3 has hit the interwebs since few days already. With the help of this community we are cleaning the remainder bugs and few unbalance issues.
This year xmas patch is the fruit of a vast amount of user submitted suggestions and numerous forum posts made by MNB fans. All that good stuff was compiled by the curators of this Web site and pruned into a list of things to be added to the game. The criteria was will it make it fun?.. and will make it more challenging.
If there is something that you suggested that hasn't been added yet don't despair, MNB2 will get another patch eventually since the xmas patch has 60% of its intended content (although it is a quite beefy patch).
The xmas patch shall hit Kongregate.com momentarily. Thanks for all your input folks. Stay brutal ..
